After School Program – Kula Yoga Kids

This is enrollment for full-time after school care for the Kula Yoga Kids after school program. This program offers daily yoga classes and mindfulness practices, along with weekly music, art, and other activities to celebrate creativity. The program is from 2:30pm after school lets out on school days, and from 1:30pm on early release days. Drop in available on a first come, first serve basis, staff permitting. Pricing is:

$85/week (5 sessions)
$295/month (20 sessions)
$25/ daily drop-in rate
$35/day for Early release Wednesdays
$65 drop-in rate (or 3 sessions for full time kids) on minor holidays & Teacher duty days

Child should come in comfortable clothing, or leave a change of clothes at the studio to change into. Also, each child needs their own yoga mat and water .

- I hereby give my child permission to be photographed during the Kula Yoga Kids After School Program and Yoga classes and for those photos to be used in news media and promotional segments, and to publish videos or audio transmissions for advertising, websites, public information, DVDs, and any other lawful purposes. I understand that although my child’s photo may be used for advertising, his/her identity will not be disclosed, and I do not expect compensation and that all photos/videos are the property of Kula Yoga Kids LLC and it’s affiliates.

- I hereby give permission for the transportation of my child for the Kula Yoga Kids After School Program and its activities by modes of transportation agreed to by the program organizers.
