Do I have to attend the adult yoga class for my child to participate?
Absolutely not, we offer the kids class at the same time as our 5:30pm adult class so that you have the opportunity to attend if you choose, but the Pavilion has some great restaurants as well, so why not make it a date night?
How do I know someone else can’t leave with my child?
A photo ID will be required for both drop off and pick up. If those are 2 different people, it should be written as such on the sign in sheet and brought to the instructor’s attention.
What if there’s an emergency?
Each child will have a nametag with their name & your cell phone number on it. Michele is certified in CPR and will call your cell (and 911 in a true emergency) if needed.
Does my child need to be potty-trained?
What if I forget to bring my child’s dinner?
The child can only be admitted if the parent stays thru the 30-min yoga class. Then they will have to leave once the other children start eating. No discount will be given for only coming
Q & A
What age children is Kula Yoga Kids Class for?
Ages 3-8 years old will get the most benefit. However, kids up to 12 years old are welcome to attend. Children younger than 3 can attend with a parent or guardian present.
When do I drop off and pick up my child / children?

What if I want to pick up my child before class is over?
For the safety of the children, doors will be locked at 5:35pm. Parents are ALWAYS welcome to stay if they choose. You may text Michele (the kids yoga instructor) at (404) 641-7680 to come open the door for you. She cannot hear you knocking at the door. Please wait until after 6pm for any pick ups as it will disrupt the kids yoga class.
